MY TIPS:
1-Grab a handfull of Whole Deal Coupon Books everytime you go into Whole Foods to set aside to use once they are no longer available in stores.
2- If you get a case tell the cashier because they manually put in the discount.
3- Grab a handful of the weekly ads since they also have coupons attached

  1. Kentucky is grouped with Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. Unfortunately WF has 14 different ads and there is no way I can do 14 match-ups since they take so much time to do. And the ad they put out for your region is a very small portion of what is really on sale. I wish I had better news for you. Don't worry just take a look at my Whole Foods Stacking cheat sheet print out the coupons and cheat sheet and take them with you and see what deals you can find. Also take a look at my Midwest matchup and the East Coast Northern Match-up to get some ideas of deals to look for.
