Internet is great when it WORKS

Sorry I have been MIA.  I have not had internet access since Sunday Morning. We had decided to get rid of our home phone and just have  phoneless internet. We are waiting to get out MagicJack we are planning to replace our home phone with. It should have been a seamless transition- NOT!   I went to do my normal post Sunday night only to realize I had no internet. I called and got an appointment for 8am-10am Monday. That time came and went with no repair man. I called and was sent to 6 different people -only to be told it would be 2pm before they would get to me. So I waited. And then 2pm came and went NO REPAIR MAN.  Called to be told I was still on the list.  That it would be no later than 8pm. 8pm came and went - NO REPAIR MAN and the office I had been dealing with is now closed. I finally found a number and spent 1 hour on the phone being sent from person to person trying to figure out what happened.  Only to find out they pushed me off until Today(Tuesday).  I waited until the repair man called and said he was on his way to call the office and inform them that I expected to receive 3 months free for all this hassle  or I would not allow him to install the new line and would cancel my service. Finally after all that I got 3 moths free and now have internet !!!! All I wanted was for them to come and give me my internet. It took a total of 20 minutes when I finally got them here. GEEZ why the need to stress me out.  I missed you guys and will commence with my deal post. Hope you are all having a better start to the week than me.

Also, Please cross your fingers for us- We have our final inspection on our garage rebuild ( due to fire in Sept). Hoping that it all goes well.  If they don't like our foundation they could make us tear it down. I am so ready for this to be finished.
